Here’s what working with me actually looks like behind the scenes:

• I’ll take care of the musical details — liaising with your venue and other suppliers so everything runs smoothly in the lead-up to your day.
• Your music will feel personal and beautifully considered, with bespoke piano arrangements created just for your wedding.
• Together, we’ll shape a clear and relaxed music plan, so you always know what’s happening and when.
• You’ll receive a bespoke recording of your bridal entrance piece — giving you the chance to practise your walk beforehand, and enjoy it as a keepsake afterwards.
• We’ll have time to get everything just right, with up to three Zoom meetings, where I can play ideas, explore options, and help you choose what truly fits.

Signature Wedding Day Experience (Daytime Coverage)…

Most couples I work with choose to shape the music across the key moments of their day — from the arrival of guests, through the ceremony and drinks reception, into the warmth of the wedding breakfast, and towards the evening reception.

That in-between period — between the wedding breakfast and the start of the evening reception — while you slip away for a few moments, often becomes one of the highlights of the day, as guests gather around the piano, request songs, and the room begins to come alive.

This allows everything to feel connected, natural, and perfectly timed — rather than separate “sections”.

I’ll guide you through the process, help you refine your ideas, and create something that feels completely personal — and perfectly judged on the day.

Most couples invest between £650–£850 to have their day shaped in this way.

If you’re looking for something simpler, I also offer flexible options:

• Ceremony — £375
• Two sections — £450
• Three sections — £525
• Four sections — £600
• Travel (charged at £0.45 per mile)
• Overnight accommodation may be required for longer distances

Evening Coverage…

Evening reception coverage is available separately, for couples who would like to continue the atmosphere into the night.

This includes time spent preparing and refining your chosen music, creating any bespoke arrangements, and making sure everything is perfectly suited to your ceremony and setting.

You’ll also receive a bespoke recording of your aisle music, so you can hear exactly how it will feel — and even practise your walk beforehand.

Behind the scenes, I liaise with your venue and other suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly, with full insurance and professional setup taken care of.

The result is a musical experience that feels effortless on the day — and completely personal to you.
